What it is

The Brightdeck Zapier integration puts AI deck generation on the same canvas as the rest of your workflow. The Create AI Presentation action turns a prompt into a polished, editable slide deck, and follow-up actions export it as PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF or share it by email — all inside a Zap.
A New Presentation trigger, plus Find Presentation and Get Generation Status search actions, let decks slot into any automation: generate a proposal when a deal closes in your CRM, build a briefing from a form submission and email the PDF, or archive an export whenever a new deck appears in your workspace.

Add Brightdeck to a Zap
Use the builder above to start from a template or describe your workflow, or open Brightdeck in the Zapier directory and add it as a step in any Zap.
Connect your account
Sign in with your Brightdeck account when Zapier asks to connect — it's a standard OAuth sign-in, no API key to copy.
Build your workflow
Pick a trigger from any app, add Create AI Presentation with your prompt, then export the deck as .pptx or PDF or share it by email.
Advanced
Wait for generation to finish
Create AI Presentation returns while the slides are still generating. Before exporting, add a Delay step or poll Get Generation Status until the deck is ready. Export links are signed URLs that expire after 60 minutes, so download or forward the file in the same Zap run.
